Bradley J. Martineau
Chief Executive Officer & President
Mr. Martineau is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Oil & Gas Title Abstracting, LLC. He is also the Managing Partner of the law firm of Lambert & Martineau. Mr. Martineau primarily practices oil, gas and mineral law with a large portion of his practice devoted to oil and gas title examinations, title opinions and certifications, and oil and gas title curative proceedings. Mr. Martineau frequently lectures and writes on topics in the oil, gas and mineral industry.
Susan M. Miller
Senior Vice-President
Ms. Miller currently oversees all Washington County searches. She has over 9 years of title experience. In 2005, Ms. Miller, along with her two former partners, formed AES Abstractors, Inc., which specialized in oil and gas, coal, commercial, and residential title abstracting. Ms. Miller graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelors Degree from Waynesburg College in 1992, and attended Southwest Missouri State University in their Master's program.
Kathy Quinn-Hodel
Senior Vice-President
Ms. Quinn-Hodel oversees all of the searches performed by the company in central and northern Pennsylvania. She graduated cum laude from Point Park College in 1993 with a B.S. in legal studies. Before joining Oil & Gas Title Abstracting, Ms. Quinn-Hodel was a self-employed title abstractor for more than 3 years, specializing in oil, gas and coal title work and performing title abstracting and project work in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and New York.
Patricia A. Halvin
Senior Vice-President
Ms. Halvin oversees all Greene County, Fayette County and Somerset County searches as well as all searched performed in West Virginia and Ohio. She started her career in 1979 with the County of Washington in the Real Estate division, which led her into a career as a title abstractor. With more than 24 years of abstracting experience, Ms. Halvin provides a high quality work product in an efficient and professional manner.
Elisa R. Butler
Senior Vice President
Ms. Butler oversees all of the company's project work. In addition, she assists in all of the company's complex oil and gas title searches. Ms. Butler also oversees the company's Human Resource division. Ms. Butler brings more than 13 years of overall business leadership experience to Oil & Gas Title Abstracting. Ms. Butler has held various positions with Mastech Corp. and FreeMarkets, Inc. In 2005, Ms. Butler, along with her two former partners, formed AES Abstractors, Inc., which specialized in oil and gas, coal, commercial, and residential title abstracting. Ms. Butler graduated cum laude with a Bachelors Degree in Business and Marketing from West Virginia University in 1994, and obtained her PHR certification in 2000.
Elizabeth Finegan
Senior Vice President - Operations
Ms. Finegan oversees all of the company’s administrative operations. In addition, she assists Ms. Butler in the company’s Human Resources division. Ms. Finegan brings more than 15 years of overall business leadership and accounting experience to Oil & Gas Title Abstracting, LLC. Ms. Finegan earned her Bachelors Degree at Vanderbilt University in 1989.
